🔁 Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product marked as final sale or gift cards.

  • Opened or used supplements.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@rootssupplements.store with your order number and a photo of the item.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds for Lost/Stolen Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but goes missing afterward, roots. is not liable to issue a refund or replacement. Please ensure your delivery location is secure or consider opting for express delivery with tracking.
